Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dietary department in a long-term care setting. You will oversee meal planning, food safety, and service quality while guiding a skilled kitchen team to deliver nutritious and appealing meals for residents.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on compassionate resident care and collaboration with clinical and dining services teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification required.
• 2–3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Previous kitchen management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Food Service Education Background preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
