Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dietary department in a long-term care setting. You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure nutritious meals, and uphold the highest food safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to improve resident dining experiences. Weekend/on-call rotation is required, with comprehensive full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification required.
• 2–3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Kitchen management experience in skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Food Service education background preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the dietary department to ensure nutritious meals.
