Elior School Dining is seeking a dedicated Food Service Director to oversee the Helena and Blytheville accounts, directing all aspects of the school dining program and ensuring continuity of meals for students, faculty, and clients across sites. Weekly travel between locations is required.

You will lead a team of associates, manage budgeting, and ensure compliance with culinary, safety, and sanitation standards while coordinating with district leadership.

We are looking to add a motivated, effective food service director to our School Dining team in Helena and Blytheville. As a food service director, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of a food service department to ensure that students, faculty and clients never miss a meal

What we\'re looking for:

Must-haves:

• Previous experience with industrial cooking.

• The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.


• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience in school dining under NSLP


• Previous experience in food service contract services


• ServSafe and/or HACCP certification

Compensation Range

Up to $60,000 per year depending on experience
