Job summary

University of Oklahoma is seeking a data systems coordinator for our food services operations in Norman, OK. This role supports data entry, inventory management, reporting, and collaboration with dietitians and operations staff to ensure quality and compliance across the food services operation.

The position maintains item master data in CBORD, standardizes recipes, and ensures accurate NetMenu and Inventory module entries, driving daily operations and adherence to supplier and regulatory

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years in data systems management, inventory systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates item master data within CBORD, including descriptions, SKUs, pack sizes, costs, and vendor details.
• Inputs and standardizes recipes and menu cycles with quantities, yield factors, nutritional values, and allergen tags.
• Ensure accuracy and timely entry of data in CBORD Foodservice Suite, including NetMenu and Inventory modules.
• Maintain reliable system data to support daily operations in food ordering, inventory, and menu planning.
• Collaborates with chefs, food service managers, dietitians, allergists and procurement staff.
• Conducts regular audits and reconciliations of data against catalogs, purchasing records, and inventories.
• Imports vendor order guides and product files using Excel for system integration.
• Monitors system queues, identifies data discrepancies, and resolves issues with operations staff.
• Performs related duties to fulfill the position.
