Zusammenfassung

Food City in Georgia is seeking a Food Service Associate to support our mission of Run the Best Store in Town by delivering efficient, friendly customer service and a positive atmosphere. You will greet customers, assist with food preparation, and help keep the department clean and organized.

This role offers opportunities to learn multiple areas, cross-training, and involvement in safety and quality standards. On-site shifts require reliability and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine tasks and have contact with various individuals daily.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to time and attendance policies.

Aufgaben

• Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission.
• Maintain a positive attitude and create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through teamwork.
• Greet and speak to customers, provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Prepare all food for the Food Service department per manual guideline.
• Prepare and produce quality food and products to meet customer and company expectations.
• Prepare grill orders and slice meats and cheeses.
• Follow the Food Safety program and keep workstation neat and clean.
• Assist in ordering product and supplies for daily operation.
