Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Accounting education is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues.
• Mathematical aptitude and computer literacy required (10-key by touch, PC spreadsheets).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and complete nightly tasks.
• Post room revenues and perform F&B audits.
• Reconcile revenues and cash for daily operations.
• Balance cashier activities and prepare daily/summary reports.
• Train staff on key programs and policies; handle refunds.
