Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain dishwashing operations and overall kitchen cleanliness. You will wash dishes, equipment, and ensure proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Your role supports a fast-paced food service environment with a flexible schedule and opportunities to gain customer-service experience while earning $16.90 per hour.

Candidates must be 18 or older and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• English comprehension to receive and perform basic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Washes and rotates dishes, utensils, pots, pans and equipment.
• Adheres to proper chemical and safety procedures.
• Maintains dish washing machine and cleans cleaning chemicals setup.
• Cleans walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Cleans walls and kitchen equipment.
• Empties trash cans.
• Removes debris per company regulation.
• Maintains bussing stations.
• Adheres to chemical usage and safety applications.
