Job summary

Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA is seeking a Food & Beverage Auditor to organize staff onboarding, train on FB programs and ServSafe, and assess adherence to policies and quality standards across operations.

You will prepare written audit reports, investigate cash handling issues, and support training with memos and sign-offs. Must be 18+, HS graduate (associate degree preferred), pass background checks, and work nights/weekends. Pay is $17.55/hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Serve Safe Manager Certificate.
• Ability to work independently and resolve operational issues.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates internal audits and provides feedback to staff and leadership; negotiates corrective actions.
• Manages training for staff on policies, ServSafe, and department procedures.
• Generates weekly reports using My Micros, DORS, and Food-Trak to track costs and inventory.
• Investigates financial discrepancies and supports loss prevention efforts.
• Prepares written audit reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Supports policy updates and memo creation to ensure compliance.
