Under the direction of Department supervisors, performs a variety of duties to ensure the smooth operation of Food & Nutrition Services (FNS). Duties include assisting in providing meal service to patients (trayline services), employees of Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center (PSHMC) (cafeteria service), and guests (catering service).

Under the supervision of the Food Service Supervisor, performs essential duties related to nutritional care and food service to all patients. Must be able to work compatibly with co-workers and comply with confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Food Service Attendant

Required Qualifications:

• National Food Handler Card - issued by State, County, or City authority upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food service experience.

Salary Range: Spokane, WA Min: $17.35, Max: $24.73

Senior Food Service Attendant

This posting is for multiple openings of Senior Food Service Attendant at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA. We offer 8-hour Evening shifts for Full-Time opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• National Food Handler Card - issued by State, County, or City authority upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework or training in Nutrition or Hospitality.
• At least 1 year of experience in a food service operation.
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in a large-scale food service operation or hospital.

Salary Range: Spokane, WA Min: $18.15, Max: $25.77
