SSA Group is hiring a Food Service Associate to support quick service operations at zoos and partner venues. You will assist with front-of-house and line prep, ensuring warm, welcoming experiences for every guest and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout daily operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong guest interaction. Candidates should be able to work Monday through Friday, with varying shifts to meet business needs at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest.
• Supports restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meets daily quick service, food safety, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Participates in safety logs including food temperatures, rotation and waste as necessary.
• Maintains a SSAfe work environment by abiding to SSAFETY rules and hygiene practices.
• Communicates issues to the Restaurant Supervisor and/or Operations Manager.
