Weekend shifts are 11:00am - 7:00pmPay based on experience starting at $16.14**Responsibilities**Assembles nourishments, floor stocks and special diet foods as necessary., Complies with sanitation regulations and standards established by all regulatory agencies., Delivers food carts to patient care units. Returns carts to kitchen at designated times., Effectively participates in tray assembly of cold ticket items. May assist with hot items as needed., Ensures that all necessary items are located on the meal tray as it starts on the tray line. (Proper tray type, silverware, condiments, etc.), Ensures that returned trays / dishes are washed and sanitized promptly. Washes specified items by hand, e.g., pots, pans, knives. Puts clean dishes and utensils away., Maintains a safe work environment by cleaning as needed. Keeps work areas neat and tidy including walk-in refrigerators and storage areas.
