Job summary

Southern Illinois Healthcare's Herrin Hospital is seeking flexible Food Service staff for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. You will prepare meals, cater to patients, visitors, and staff, and support retail service operations.

Responsibilities include following safety and sanitation guidelines, assembling patient trays, maintaining stocked work areas, and delivering trays with accuracy using patient identifiers.
