Responsibilities

• Collect soiled trays/dishes and transport to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Ensure quality service reflected in patient, retail, sanitation and food production surveys.
• Meet quality assurance and infection prevention standards.
• Engage in mandated in-service educational sessions and apply knowledge to the job.
