Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System in Missouri is seeking a Food Service Worker responsible for preparation and service of meals for patients and customers. You will contribute to high-quality patient dining, ensure diet accuracy, and serve restaurant guests at the proper temperature and portions.

Responsibilities include operating a cash register, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, labeling and storing all items per regulations, and supporting the Dietary team to uphold Saint Francis

Serves food items on patient trayline, ensuring accuracy of prescribed diet. Serves Restaurant customers quality food at the proper temperature and portion size. May operate a cash register. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Ensures that all food and supplies are properly labeled and stored as required by County and State regulatory agencies. May operate dish machine, and/or wash pots and pans.
