This ministerial internship supports Dining, Chef, and Food Retail operations and provides administrative training in a Christian camp setting. Interns will work closely with the Dining Manager, Executive Chef and Food Retail Manager, gaining hands-on experience in scheduling, data entry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Food Handler’s certification (may complete upon hire).
• Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or administrative assistance preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to schedule and use data entry platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and distribute all event details for Mount Hermon conferences.
• Enter staff schedules into the appropriate systems and communicate changes.
• Track hiring and onboarding processes and department records.
• Maintain departmental communications, file organization and documents.
• Support events and seasonal food service operations.
• Attend weekly Food Service meetings and participate in planning for events.
• Collaborate with interns and team members to complete projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
