Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Marketing and Communications Calendar and related email and print pieces.
• Serve as HubSpot administrator: build segments, track analytics, and optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communications to assess needs and execute marketing plans.
• Create dashboards to monitor marketing metrics across the organization.
• Lead tracking and engagement through email and phone, including workflows and A/B testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
