Job summary

Bally’s Biloxi is seeking a dedicated server/bus person to support guest service and keep the venue running smoothly. You will work as part of a team to promptly fill guest requests, handle side work items, and maintain a clean, well-organized dining area.

The role requires flexibility in hours, strong attention to detail, a positive professional image, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage guests and coworkers alike.

Responsibilities

• Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled; works as a team with other servers to provide rocking guest service.
• Performs all necessary side work: polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items like condiments, filling salt and pepper shakers, and cutting lemons.
• Performs as a team with other rockers to produce a smoothly run function.
• Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.
• Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications.
• Performs tasks to service guests, such as taking and filling all food and drink orders, and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner.
• Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
• Maintains knowledge of property information, memorabilia, hours of operation, and current promotions.
• Knows food products, promotions, and buffet stations; completes side work; uses supplies; cleans and organizes assigned areas.
• Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.
• Upholds the Mission Statement and represents Bally's Biloxi in a positive manner with guests, coworkers, managers, and vendors.
• Lives by the Hard Rock values and follows The Legal Stuff guidelines.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts; must be detail oriented; must project a professional and positive image; must have a high level of energy.
