Job summary

Golden Pahrump Lakeside, LLC is seeking a Food Server who will deliver warm, personalized service in our tavern, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, and offering beverage recommendations to guests.

You will input orders into a POS system, handle payments, and work with a team to maintain cleanliness, safety, and a memorable guest experience while adhering to health, safety, and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a full-service dining venue.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable with self-banking and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Present menus, take beverage and food orders, and input into POS system.
• Handle payment transactions and provide correct change or receipts.
• Resolve guest complaints and report concerns to management.
• Assist team members with food running, side work, and drink service.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure all food is served in accordance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures.
