Job summary

Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is hiring a Bartender to craft and serve beverages in a fast-paced casino environment. You will follow established recipes, assist with food/service when needed, and maintain a clean, organized bar area to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures, while also providing food and beverage service in accordance with venue standards when working in restaurant or lounge environments that offer food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops, and line equipment.
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures.
• Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
