Part-Time | Receptionist

Currently Available Schedules and Shifts:

• Evening Shift: 3:30pm - 8:00pm | 22 hours per two week pay period
• Positions include working every other weekend and every other holiday

As a Receptionist at our IHM facility in Monroe, MI, you will be first point of contact to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and residents. You will help guide guests to where they are looking to go and be the go-to person for answering questions. • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members
• Provide clear directions and general information to visitors and guests
• Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments as needed
• Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while managing multiple priorities
• Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, team members, and external partners
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills while supporting a positive community experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous experience as a receptionist or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Professional, friendly, and service-focused demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, families, vendors, and visitors in a variety of situations
• Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic typing skills (approximately 30-35 words per minute)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles
