Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Baltimore seeks an energetic Food Server Assistant (Busser) to support the dining team and ensure a smooth guest experience. You will assist the Food Server, keep the dining area clean, and help with stock and preparation to maintain high service standards.

This on-call position offers morning or evening shifts, with overtime and potential benefits as you become part of our Hyatt outlets team, dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.A Hyatt restaurant servers assistant will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include running food orders, general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment (service station setups, stock replenishment, equipment organization and cleaning).

This is an on-call position with a schedule that requires morning shifts from 6am-12:30pm or evening shifts, 3pm -11:30pm including weekends and holidays. This position is eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards.
