Hyatt Regency Orlando is seeking a dedicated and energetic Server Assistant/Busser to support our team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role is essential in assisting servers, ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly, and maintaining a well-organized dining area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and provides friendly, efficient service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist servers with delivering food, refilling beverages, and attending to guests' needs.
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service.
Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Support in setting up the restaurant before service and breaking down after shifts.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas.
