Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Baltimore seeks an energetic Food Server Assistant (Busser) to support the dining team and ensure a smooth guest experience. You will assist the Food Server, keep the dining area clean, and help with stock and preparation to maintain high service standards.

This on-call position offers morning or evening shifts, with overtime and potential benefits as you become part of our Hyatt outlets team, dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• 1-2 yrs. previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Server in serving guests and creating a welcoming dining experience.
• Maintain a sanitary service station, stock replenishment and general restaurant prep.
• Run food orders and support the team with daily outlet operations.
• Work a varied on-call schedule including mornings and evenings, weekends and holidays.
