Qualifications

• Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter accurately into the ordering system.
• Make menu item recommendations to guests.
• Communicate any allergies or dietary needs to kitchen staff.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately; maintain high quality.
• Provide attentive service and cordial guest interactions throughout meals.
• Address customer service issues promptly and refer to management when needed.
• Perform cleaning duties at service stations, around the kitchen and dining area.
