Ditsch USA LLC in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Food Sanitation Lead for the 2nd shift (4:00pm–2:00am, Mon–Thu; Fridays as needed). You will coordinate daily cleaning of equipment and facilities in a food manufacturing environment and ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of sanitation experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to read and follow safety instructions in English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sanitation experience in a manufacturing setting (food manufacturing preferred)
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate safety labels and instructions in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily facility sanitation per Master Schedule.
• Disassemble and sanitize production lines and equipment.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP and HACCP standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use PPE.
• Support safety and quality programs.
