Zusammenfassung

Paycom is seeking a Sales Trainer to provide essential training to new outside food sales area managers and ongoing training to support sales growth. The role is based in the Kearney, NE area with travel to surrounding markets as needed.

You will develop and deliver classroom and field training, track performance, and implement new programs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of related experience, and 6 months of supervisory experience; PMP designation is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Training experience, including 1 year of people management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Developing and facilitating sales training programs; foodservice or restaurant exposure is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Train, develop and manage sales associates and new area managers.
• Plan, schedule and facilitate training programs in classroom and field settings.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure trainees are fully prepared.
• Maintain training documentation and local program supplements.
• Monitor performance and implement new training programs to drive growth.
• Coordinate with vendors for external training opportunities.
