Hanline Foods in Shelby, OH is seeking a Food Safety Technician to oversee day-to-day product testing, monitoring, and reporting. The role supports a four-day work week with a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 PM–4:00 AM) and training on the 1st shift.

You will verify compliance with USDA, FDA, and ODA regulations, perform moisture/color/fat/weight testing, and document findings in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting. overtime may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week and weekends when needed.

• Check product quality to ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, ODA, and company regulations.
• Test packaging and processed products per USDA, FDA, ODA, and company rules.
• Perform moisture, color, fat, salt, weight, and organoleptic testing.
