Job summary

Hanline Foods is looking for a Forklift Operator to work at our Shelby, OH location. You will operate and manage warehouse equipment, handle inventory with RF scanning, and ensure safety and accuracy in transporting materials within the facility.

This role requires 1-3 years of forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and maintain a 40-hour week with a four-day schedule, Monday-Thursday 6pm-4am. Join a growing food manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours/day.
• Must be able to work minimum of 40hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Operating and managing technical equipment.
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
• Adhering to safety management standards.
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility
• Prepare pallets for shipment
• Load and unload fresh produce according to USDA, FDA, BRC and Company regulations.
• Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
• Factory/warehouse setting.
• Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.
