Job summary

Flying Food Group is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Tech to support daily FSQ activities within a食品 manufacturing facility in Burlingame, CA. The role focuses on maintaining records, ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance, and assisting with inspections and audits.

The position is full-time/hourly with a $28.00 hourly salary, requiring attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to work independently. Evening or weekend coverage may be required depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in FSQ or similar clerical role.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SOPs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist FSQ team with daily food safety and quality activities.
• Maintain accurate FSQ records and documentation.
• Perform GMP and sanitation checks in production areas.
• Collect and organize samples and environmental specimens.
• Monitor and record production data and quality parameters.
• Support audit preparation and document control activities.
• Manage FSQ supplies inventory and labeling.
• Follow HACCP and company safety policies.
