You will manage a 30+ employee team, ensure quality standards, and enforce safety, HACCP, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and bilingual communication.

Position is full-time, on-site, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume food production environment.
• Able to supervise a staff of 30+ hourly employees.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Experience with labor and cost controls.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensures quality production standards are maintained for all accounts.
• Controls labor and food costs per company specifications.
• Leads and coaches unit staff to improve performance.
• Prepares management reports (attendance, HAACCP and labor).
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
