Job summary

Jack Link’s in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Assurance / QC Inspector to join our manufacturing team. You will perform quality inspections, monitor safety, and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards across production shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; HACCP training preferred and to be completed within 6 months.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems, product testing methods, and GMP/HACCP practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on random product samples to ensure samples meet company standards.
• Monitor safety and ensure accurate product identification and recipe instructions are followed.
• Enter quality inspection data into electronic or written forms and track deviations.
• Implement corrective actions on deviations found during inspections; review documentation for accuracy.
