Qualifikationen

• Experience in a food environment.

Aufgaben

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors; provides guidance and support.
• Ensures adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards on the Plant floor; coaches technicians and operations for compliance.
• Develops and implements policies, process control procedures and monitoring; standard practices.
• Troubleshoots plant quality, safety, and sanitation problems; implements corrective actions.
