Butterball, LLC is seeking a supervisor to guide day-to-day operations of a team ensuring product quality aligns with customer specifications and USDA regulations.

The role focuses on food safety, GMP adherence, HACCP implementation, and daily SOP audits, with collaboration across plant floor teams and with USDA officials. Leadership and quality monitoring are essential to maintain Butterball’s standards.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and guide a team with technical skills.
• Knowledge of plant quality procedures, HACCP plan, and food safety regulations.
• Experience drafting reports and documenting procedures.
• Ability to perform risk analyses and to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors; provides coaching and support.
• Ensures adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards on the Plant floor; coaches technicians and operations for compliance.
• Assists with development and implementation of policies, process control procedures and monitoring.
• Troubleshoots plant quality, safety, and sanitation problems; implements corrective actions.
• Promotes GMP and Food safety; provides coaching and training across operational teams.
• Works closely with USDA and supports audits and SOP audits.
• Investigates product failures and customer complaints; may propose solutions to management.
