PS Seasoning & Spices Inc is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Iron Ridge, WI. This hands-on leadership role oversees food safety and quality programs, leads audits, and drives continuous improvement across plant operations.

You will manage SQF/HACCP/GMPs frameworks, coordinate with compliance teams, and coach the Quality Control staff while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in GFSI-certified food manufacturing facilities
• 2–3 years in a quality leadership role
• Hands-on experience with FSMA Preventive Controls, HACCP, GMPs, SQF or other GFSI schemes
• HACCP certification required; BPCS, PCQI and SQF Practitioner certifications preferred
• Strong computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus

Aufgaben

• Lead development and maintenance of food safety and quality programs (FSMA, SQF, HACCP, GMPs)
• Lead customer, SQF, regulatory and internal audits
• Drive SQF internal audits and corrective actions
• Develop plant-specific QC metrics to measure performance and drive improvements
• Coach and develop Quality Control team members
• Maintain daily plant floor presence to ensure compliance
