Job summary

The role emphasizes HACCP checks, documentation, staff training, and responsive corrective actions across value-added departments to maintain compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of food processing and quality programs.
• At least 2 years production experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental testing procedures per SOP.
• Complete HACCP checks and supporting documents as outlined in SOP and audit system.
• Conduct preoperational inspections including ATP testing.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP and SOP compliance while monitoring value-added processes and coaching staff.
• Operate metal detector and monitor equipment.
• Train local leadership on ongoing food safety programs and compliance.
• Identify out-of-tolerance products or processes and act decisively.
• Secure chemical storage areas and maintain safety practices.
