Job summary

The Neil Jones Food Company is seeking a QA Technical Services Coordinator to join our Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver, WA. You will participate in audits, create and review food safety documents, and verify programs to ensure traceability and quality compliance.

You will manage the hold program, support QA supervisors, and work with USDA to disposition product while maintaining accurate records. Strong HACCP/SQF knowledge and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related food quality experience and food manufacturing experience required.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bilingual Spanish/English language abilities preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in HACCP and SQF processes and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, forms, specifications, and quality manuals.
• Maintain document control and revision history.
• Provide backup support to QA Leads and QA Supervisor.
• Assist in monthly internal audits of the facility and SQF program by inspecting, recording findings, and creating CAPAs.
• Maintain customer statements, specifications, and technical documents.
