TH Foods, Inc. is seeking a Food Safety and QA Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead the company’s food safety, quality control, and sanitation programs.

The role includes cross-functional support, changeovers, and maintaining a compliant, safe environment across production lines. The ideal candidate has strong QA expertise, supervisory experience in the food industry, and excellent communication and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong background in food safety and QA methods (HACCP, GMP, SQF or FDA) desirable.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of food safety, quality, and sanitation programs.
• Schedule, train, and supervise Quality Assurance and Sanitation staff.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections for corrective actions.
• Maintain hold/release, environmental testing, Master Sanitation schedule, SDSs, SSOPs, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and QA to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA and regulatory programs.
