Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a 3rd Shift Quality Supervisor to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will investigate complaints, train staff, and support the production floor to minimize food safety hazards while maintaining GMP compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in science (Food Science/Biology preferred) and 3–5 years in quality systems, with GMP and CFR 117 experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in science; Food Science/Biology preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in Quality Systems.
• Experience with GMP & CFR 117.
• Experience with GFSI audits preferred.
• ERP familiarity (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP) preferred; not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality staff; training, planning, directing work, and performance reviews.
• Investigate complaints and nonconformances; help troubleshoot on the production floor.
• Maintain GMP program and regulatory compliance; support SQF plans.
• Prepare deviation and OOS reports; oversee sampling and testing programs.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and other departments to meet quality goals.
