Job summary

Stratas Foods, LLC seeks a QA Supervisor to oversee quality assurance across three shifts, labs, and production lines. You will ensure food safety programs and GMP compliance, provide direction to QA personnel, and collaborate with production to resolve issues and maintain product quality.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred in science), 3–5 years supervising QA or lab teams in food manufacturing, and PCQI certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in science or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in QA or lab roles in food manufacturing.
• Experience with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA personnel across three shifts to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate QA activities, staffing, and shift assignments daily.
• Communicate significant quality or production concerns to QA and plant leadership.
• Address areas needing improvement and monitor quality trends for improvements.
