Qualifications

• 15 years of quality experience or 5+ years in GMP/FDA-regulated facility.
• Practical quality assurance/control in regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations.
• Experience with HACCP and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Audit quality and safety across assigned areas to ensure compliance.
• Verify COAs for raw materials and finished products.
• Perform microbiological testing and lab analyses.
• Review batch records for GMP and FDA compliance.
• Monitor CCPs and other critical control points in HACCP plans.
• Identify nonconformances and implement CAPAs.
• Collaborate with operations for continuous improvement.
