Qualifications

• PCQI and HACCP certification required.

• Strong regulatory knowledge (FDA FSMA, cGMP, HACCP, USDA).

Responsibilities

• Ensure FDA FSMA and regulatory compliance with proper records.
• Lead the food safety program and verify preventive controls.
• Provide HACCP expertise and oversee audits and inspections.
• Conduct monthly assessments and review HACCP logs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Sales and HR to sustain the program.
