Job summary

SkyChefs seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead food safety programs at the CSC near IAH. You will oversee HACCP, GMPs, allergen controls, traceability, and documentation to ensure safe, high-quality meals for airline customers and passengers.

The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, PCQI/HACCP credentials preferred, and 2+ years in food safety/QA with leadership. Onsite work, audits, training, and continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• PCQI and/or HACCP certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of GFSI standards strongly preferred.
• 2+ years in food safety/QA with leadership experience.
• Strong GMPs, HACCP, FDA/USDA knowledge.
• Analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FDA, USDA, customer, and company standards compliance.
• Monitor HACCP, CCPs, PRPs, allergens, sanitation, and traceability.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate food safety records and reports.
• Support audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Provide food safety training and promote safety culture.
