Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment seeks an Ambassadors-focused Food Safety Manager to ensure HACCP and FDA-aligned practices across all park F&B locations. You will train staff, oversee inspections, manage corrective actions, and report findings to senior leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ServSafe certification, and strong communication with a focus on safety, allergens, and customer service. Occasional extended schedules may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have or be able to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification.
• Must be able to complete and proctor RAMP Certification Training (alcohol).
• Excellent knowledge of food handling techniques and allergens.
• Strong customer service mindset and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety compliance for all park Food & Beverage locations.
• Train and proctor ServSafe certifications for staff and leaders.
• Create and manage HACCP operations across locations.
• Conduct internal safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate food-related illness and report findings to leadership.
• Maintain corrective actions and liaise with facilities for compliance.
• Manage records and data tracking of safety metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership on recipes, nutrition, and allergen programs.
• Balance budgetary responsibilities with safety priorities.
