Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company seeks an FSQA Digital Systems Specialist to design, develop, and support digital solutions that improve food safety, quality, and manufacturing operations. You will partner with FSQA, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to translate processes into scalable digital workflows and enterprise applications.

The role combines software development with manufacturing systems knowledge and ongoing support for existing solutions as the team expands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
2–5 years building or supporting enterprise systems or digital apps.
Experience with enterprise databases, APIs, and data pipelines.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple technical projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support digital apps, dashboards, and workflows for FSQA and manufacturing.
Translate operational and regulatory requirements into scalable digital solutions and automation.
Integrate QMS, MES, ERP, lab systems, and other platforms.
Develop automation, data validation, APIs, and workflow logic.
Support post-implementation, user training, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
