JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assignment to provide support for FSQR Pest Management and Cleaning & Sanitation Program :
• Support Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory (FSQR) program owners to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
• Respond to store and distribution facility requests, provide support for investigations, and create and manage reporting

ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Respond to store and distribution facility questions or requests and work with partners across teams to resolve issues
• Create, manage, and distribute reporting for pest management and cleaning & sanitation program, both routinely and on as-needed basis
• Represent FSQR team in meetings and manage program communication channels
• Provide support for escalations, including collaborating with external service providers
• Gather information to create and submit invoices for service

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 3+ years' experience in Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (or similar PM tool), SharePoint
• Able to manage multiple tasks or projects and deliver consistently against timelines
• Able to assess situations and offer solutions
• Works effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• This role will require expertise in food safety & quality as this individual will support Clients Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory (FSQR) team in execution of pest management and cleaning & sanitation programs.
