Job summary

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina is hiring for an hourly, full-time position in the Food and Beverage department. The role involves greeting guests at the to-go window, taking orders, processing payments, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of to-go meals.

Responsibilities include packaging, quality checks, maintaining clean service areas, restocking supplies, and handling guest requests with courtesy.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to walk distances when delivering food to guest rooms.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare to-go packaging and ensure orders are complete, properly labeled, and quality-checked.

• Ensure delivery items are correct, well-packaged, and presented neatly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go window, service counter, and staging areas.
• Restock supplies such as bags, utensils, condiments, and beverages.
• Follow all cash-handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns or special requests to management as needed.
• Support general restaurant operations during slower periods.

What You'll Do:
