Job summary

Thompson Houston at Hyatt is seeking a Busser/Food Runner to assist the Food Server and ensure a clean dining environment for guests. This fast-paced role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

You will contribute to authentic hospitality by communicating effectively with guests and team members and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the dining area.

The Busser/Food Runner is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest.
This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight.
They help our restaurant maintain a clean environment for restaurant patrons throughout the dining experience.
This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.
