Twelve, located in Portland, ME, is seeking a motivated Support Staff member to assist both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will help maintain smooth service flow, keep spaces organized, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Reliable availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and lift up to 40–50 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff during service.
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables and service areas.
• Stock supplies including glassware, silverware, condiments, ice, and to-go items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, stations, and common areas.
• Support food running and beverage delivery as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing side work.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests when appropriate.
