Job summary

Perry's Steakhouse and Grille in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Food Runner to support our dining team on-site. The role focuses on ensuring guests have a timely, pleasant dining experience and assisting the kitchen and service staff.

You will clear and reset tables between courses, help deliver entrees tableside, maintain clean stations, and contribute to a professional, respectful work environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the gastronomic experience of the guest is pleasant, timely and enjoyable.
• Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Clear tables and reset between courses, removing dirty dishes and utensils.
• Make sure tables are clean, clear and quickly reset between seats.
• Assist the chef team with ongoing kitchen maintenance and replenishing cutlery and crockery, cleaning surfaces and floors.
