• Employees must wear black slip-resistant shoes as part of uniform.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper flatware and appropriate plates are on table before food delivery.
• Pick up order for proper distribution.
• Serve food from the right with the right hand.
• Present each item and confirm guest satisfaction.
• Serve ladies first, then men, then host.
• Serve food from the right with the right hand.
• Refresh beverages and offer to replenish cocktails.
• Maintain tables, side stations, and complete side work.
• Assist with guest complaints and inform manager on duty.
• Keep side stations clean and stocked.
• Maintain par stock levels in side stations.
• Pre-bus tables as guests finish dishes.
• Assist with stock rotation.
• Keep dining room floor clean and free of debris/liquids.
• Polish silverware.
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for department success.

Specific Job Functions

• Ensure proper flatware and appropriate plates are on table prior to food being delivered
• Pick up order allowing for proper distribution.
• Condiments will be delivered before or at the time the food is served
• Present each item and confirm guest satisfaction and offer any additional services
• Serve ladies first, repeat with men, end with host
• All food should be served from the right with the right hand
• Refresh all beverages, and offer to replenish cocktail order
• Ensure tables are properly set, side stations are clean, and side work is properly completed
• Assist with initial guest complaints and inform manager on duty immediately
• Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner
• Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations
• Pre-bus tables as guests finish their dish
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times
• Polish Silverware
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
